I’m a professional chef with over seven years of experience in some of London’s most exciting kitchens. While pastry is where I’ve honed my craft, my love for food knows no bounds. I’ve worked in everything from Michelin-starred restaurants to vibrant bakeries, large-scale events, and beyond. Most notably, I ran Knead a Little Love, my own vegan bakery, for four years, where I specialized in crafting irresistible vegan doughnuts, croissants, and other mouthwatering treats from scratch.

For me, food is much more than a career, it's my passion, my creative expression, and my escape. There’s nothing more fulfilling than bringing people together through the art of cooking. The best part? Seeing the joy and connection my creations spark. I offer private catering for intimate events of up to 25 guests, whether it’s a hen party, birthday celebration, or any special occasion. Outside of the kitchen, I recently became a certified mat Pilates instructor. Pilates became my saving grace after I closed Knead a Little Love in 2024. It’s taught me the importance of self-care, something often neglected in the high-energy world of professional kitchens. Pilates has strengthened me both physically and mentally, helping me slow down, trust the process, and find balance.
