1:1 Pilates

Your 1:1 Pilates journey begins with a personal consultation where we’ll take time to understand your body, your goals, and how you move. Together, we’ll carry out a postural analysis and talk through your current fitness or Pilates experience, any areas of tension or imbalance, and what you’d like to achieve, whether that’s improved posture, core strength, mobility, or general wellbeing.

From there, I’ll create a bespoke Pilates programme designed entirely around you. Each session focuses on mindful movement, precise alignment, and functional strength, helping you to build confidence and feel more connected to your body.

Private sessions can take place in your home or a chosen space, allowing you to work at your own pace with personal guidance and support.

Over time, 1:1 Pilates can help you:
