From June - September, layers of vanilla rose sponge, raspberry jelly, and white chocolate ganache lie beneath a buttercream finish.

From August - October, almond-vanilla sponge with peach and blackberry preserves takes centre stage.

A romantic dessert that changes with the wildness of the garden.
